Why I Created This System
Hi, I’m Coach Clay Miller.
I know what it’s like to struggle with organization.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in the fifth grade.
I also know what happens when an athlete learns how to prepare.
That preparation helped me become a Division I football player at Kent State University, earn a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership & Development, and build a career helping young athletes become stronger—not only physically, but mentally and personally and personally
