At On The Map Training, our Youth Strength & Power Program is designed for athletes ages 10–14 who are ready to build a foundation of strength, power, and confidence. This program introduces proper lifting mechanics, explosive movement patterns, and athletic coordination in a fun, structured, and safe environment.

Led by certified performance coaches, we focus on teaching young athletes how to move efficiently before they move heavy — preparing them for high school sports and long-term athletic development.

Program Highlights:

  • Develop total-body strength through age-appropriate resistance training.

  • Build explosive power with dynamic plyometrics and sprint mechanics.

  • Improve speed, balance, and agility using functional drills.

  • Learn proper lifting form and technique to prevent injury.
