At On The Map Training, our Youth Strength & Power Program is designed for athletes ages 10–14 who are ready to build a foundation of strength, power, and confidence. This program introduces proper lifting mechanics, explosive movement patterns, and athletic coordination in a fun, structured, and safe environment.
Led by certified performance coaches, we focus on teaching young athletes how to move efficiently before they move heavy — preparing them for high school sports and long-term athletic development.
Program Highlights:
Develop total-body strength through age-appropriate resistance training.
Build explosive power with dynamic plyometrics and sprint mechanics.
Improve speed, balance, and agility using functional drills.
Learn proper lifting form and technique to prevent injury.
Strengthen core stability and movement control.
Cultivate discipline, confidence, and focus that carries beyond the gym.
Each session combines education, performance, and motivation to help young athletes grow physically and mentally stronger — the On The Map way.
